Frequently Asked Questions

Is Bali safe?

Due to the government’s strict controls in line with the World Health Organisation, a population that has followed the measures seriously, and the warm open air style of living, Bali has had overall low infection rates.

Is Bali on lockdown?

Nope. Due to the low infection rates, Bali is no longer on any type of internal lock-down. We advise our guests to of course follow the correct protocols like the Balinese do of maintaining social distancing, wearing masks as much as possible in crowded areas and washing hands.

How is the general feeling in Bali now due to covid?

The Balinese people are truly special. The past lockdowns have certainly financially hurt communities in a large way, but because of their tight knit Banjar communities, large extended families and their strong spiritual beliefs, they have kept their positivity and strength. The communities have pulled together in mutual support and there has been no change in their smiles, their spirit and general sense of wellbeing. We love Bali.

Which airlines are flying to Bali?

Most restaurants, cafes, shops and even some nightclubs are open or in the process of reopening their business. The popular Canggu region is relatively compared to others.

Tours, things to do around Bali?

In many ways this is probably the best time in the last 15 years to enjoy Bali. Due to almost zero International tourism, the island is empty of tourists, traffic and any type of congestion. Most of the tourist spots are open and the beaches are relatively empty. Whether you would like us to organize you a tour or just set you up with a car and driver for you to go explore alone, it’s the perfect time to experience Bali.
