At ZIN, we believe that education is the key to a better future, both for our staff and our community. That’s why we’ve created ZIN Academy, a suite of responsible educational initiatives designed to empower our people and make a positive impact on the world around us.
ZIN Academy offers a variety of educational programs:
- One of the pilars of ZIN Academy is Duolingo, a popular language learning platform that we offer for free to all of our employees and incentivise with internal competitions with monthly cash prizes.
- We believe that language skills are essential for success in the global hospitality industry, and we want to give our staff the opportunity to learn and grow.
Mini Academy :
- A series of short, engaging courses on a variety of hospitality topics, such as customer service, food and beverage service, coffee making, basic maintenance and housekeeping.
Hospitality Academy :
- A comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of the hospitality industry, from front office operations to food and beverage management.
Internship Program :
- A hands-on internship program that gives local school students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the hospitality industry at ZIN Canggu. .
