ZIN+ Terms & Conditions

1. About ZIN+

ZIN+ is the official loyalty program operated by ZIN (“we”, “us”, “our”).
ZINNER is the membership status granted to registered users within the ZIN+ program.

By registering for ZIN+, accessing the ZINNER App, or using any ZIN+ benefits, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Membership

ZIN+ membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Membership is personal, non-transferable, and linked to one registered account.
Each individual may only hold one ZIN+ account.
ZIN reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate membership in accordance with these Terms.

3. ZINNER Account & Security

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and PIN.
All transactions, redemptions, and account activity performed using a member’s account are considered authorized by the member.
ZIN is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by member negligence.

4. ZIN Coins & Rewards

Members may earn ZIN Coins or other rewards through eligible transactions, promotions, or activities.
Each reward may have a specific validity period, which will be clearly displayed in the app or related communication.
Expired rewards cannot be reinstated, exchanged, or redeemed.
ZIN reserves the right to adjust reward rules, validity, and earning mechanisms at any time.

5. Digital Vouchers

ZIN+ may offer digital vouchers, including but not limited to:

Redeem Item Vouchers (free items or services)
Discount Vouchers (fixed or percentage-based discounts)

Voucher rules:

Vouchers are subject to validity periods and specific merchant or product restrictions.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Redeemed vouchers cannot be reused.
Voucher redemption is validated electronically and recorded in the system.

6. Membership Levels (ZINNER Status)

ZINNER membership levels are determined based on transaction activity or other qualifying criteria defined by ZIN.
Membership status may be reviewed and updated periodically.
Benefits associated with each status level may vary and are subject to change.
ZIN reserves the right to upgrade, downgrade, or revoke membership status if eligibility criteria are not met.

7. Payments Using ZINNER

ZINNER may be used as a payment method at participating ZIN locations or platforms.
Payments require confirmation via the ZINNER App and member PIN.
All completed transactions are final and subject to applicable merchant policies.
ZIN is not responsible for disputes related to merchant products or services.

8. Events, Promotions & Partner Offers

Benefits, promotions, and events are subject to availability and specific terms.
Partner offers may be limited by location, time, or quantity.
ZIN is not responsible for changes or cancellations made by third-party partners.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

ZIN may suspend or terminate a ZIN+ account if:

Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
The account is used in violation of these Terms
False or misleading information is provided

Upon termination:

Any unused rewards, coins, or vouchers may be forfeited.
Outstanding balances will not be refunded unless required by law.

10. Changes to the Program

ZIN may modify, suspend, or discontinue ZIN+ or any part of the program at any time.
Changes will be communicated through the ZINNER App, website, or official channels.
Continued use of ZIN+ constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

ZIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in ZIN+.
ZIN’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of benefits earned but not yet redeemed by the member.

12. Privacy & Data Usage

Member data is handled in accordance with ZIN’s Privacy Policy.
By joining ZIN+, members consent to the collection and use of data for program operations, rewards, and communication purposes.
