These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ZIN+ platform, including the ZIN+ mobile application, digital wallet features, loyalty system, and related services provided by ZIN and its affiliated business units (collectively referred to as “ZIN Ecosystem”).

By accessing or using ZIN+, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Platform Overview

ZIN+ is a closed-loop digital loyalty and experience platform designed to enhance engagement across the ZIN Ecosystem, including hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, and lifestyle services.

ZIN+ enables users to:

  • Earn and redeem ZIN Coins

  • Access digital vouchers and promotions

  • Use integrated payment features

  • Enjoy cross-brand ecosystem benefits

ZIN+ is not a banking product, financial institution, or e-money provider.

 

2. Account Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be at least 17 years old or have guardian consent

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Maintain one primary account per individual

ZIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

 

3. ZIN Coins

3.1 Nature of Coins

ZIN Coins are loyalty points issued within the ZIN Ecosystem. They:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-withdrawable

  • Cannot be exchanged outside the ZIN Ecosystem

3.2 Coin Validity

  • Newly generated coins have a 12-month validity from the issuance date.

  • Migrated legacy coins may have extended validity as determined by ZIN during system transitions.

ZIN reserves the right to adjust validity policies with prior notice.

3.3 Expiry

Expired coins will be automatically removed and cannot be reinstated unless otherwise specified by ZIN.

 

4. Migration & System Upgrades

From time to time, ZIN may migrate user data between systems to improve performance, security, and user experience.

During migrations:

  • Temporary service disruptions may occur

  • Coin balances may be adjusted to match new system logic

  • Special validity extensions may be granted for legacy balances

Continued use of ZIN+ constitutes acceptance of these transitions.

 

5. Payments & Wallet Features

ZIN+ may include wallet-like features to support ecosystem transactions.

5.1 Closed-loop Wallet

ZIN+ operates as a closed-loop ecosystem wallet and:

  • Is not a stored-value bank account

  • Does not provide financial interest or deposits

  • Is limited to approved ZIN merchants

5.2 QR Payments

Where QR payment functionality is available:

  • Users are responsible for ensuring QR accuracy

  • ZIN is not liable for third-party QR failures

  • Transaction validity is determined by successful system confirmation

 

6. Digital Vouchers

ZIN+ may issue digital vouchers that can be redeemed within the ecosystem.

Voucher conditions may include:

  • Expiration dates

  • Merchant-specific redemption rules

  • Usage limitations or stacking restrictions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Vouchers are non-refundable

  • Vouchers are non-transferable

Specific campaign terms may override general voucher rules.

 

7. Merchant Variability

ZIN+ operates across multiple business units and partner merchants. Redemption rules, availability, and benefits may vary by location, brand, or campaign.

ZIN does not guarantee uniform availability across all ecosystem touchpoints.

 

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To maintain ecosystem integrity, ZIN reserves the right to:

  • Suspend accounts suspected of abuse

  • Revoke coins or rewards obtained fraudulently

  • Restrict duplicate or suspicious accounts

Examples of violations include:

  • Multi-account abuse

  • Artificial reward manipulation

  • Exploitation of technical loopholes

ZIN decisions in such cases are final.

 

9. System Availability

ZIN may perform maintenance, upgrades, or security reviews periodically.

During these times:

  • Some features may be temporarily unavailable

  • Real-time balances may be delayed

  • Services may be limited without prior notice

ZIN will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

 

10. Platform Evolution

ZIN+ is a continuously evolving platform. Features, reward mechanics, integrations, and policies may be updated, introduced, or discontinued at any time to improve performance, compliance, or user experience.

Continued use of ZIN+ constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.

 

11. Data & Privacy

User data is processed in accordance with ZIN’s Privacy Policy. By using ZIN+, users consent to the collection and use of data necessary for:

  • Service delivery

  • Personalization

  • Security and fraud prevention

ZIN does not sell personal data to third parties.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

ZIN shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of coins due to expiry

  • Third-party merchant issues

  • Technical disruptions beyond reasonable control

  • User negligence or misuse

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIN’s liability is limited to the value of the affected loyalty benefits.

 

13. Changes to Terms

ZIN reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates may be communicated via:

  • App notifications

  • Official website

  • Email announcements

Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
