ZIN Staff Gathering: Transparency, Appreciation, and Cross-Department Collaboration

At ZIN, transparency and collaboration are deeply rooted in our work culture. One of the ways we bring this to life is through our monthly Staff Gathering—a regular session where every department comes together to stay aligned and informed.

During this session, each Head of Department (HoD) presents updates on their department’s performance and progress. This includes hotel occupancy data, sales achievements, partnership developments, as well as updates from the HR team such as attendance insights, ongoing training, and staff recognition featured on online platforms.

The Staff Gathering serves as a shared space for all teams to gain a clear understanding of the company’s operational direction, align strategies across departments, and celebrate the teams that have delivered outstanding results.

With an open and informative atmosphere, this initiative not only strengthens internal communication but also fosters a sense of ownership and unity as we continue to grow together as one ZIN.
